City Council awolls universitary community to pay urban bus with TUI card
This measure benefits 70.000 people and will live together with Universitary Bus Card until 1st May for students and the rest of the community will come into force on 1st September.

The Major of Granada, Francisco Cuenca; the principal of the University of Granada, Pilar Aranda, and the managing director of Rober, have signed today an addendum to the collaboration agreement between both institutions for the integration of universitary transport pass Credibús on the Universitary Intelligent Pass (TUI).
The Major, Francisco Cuenca, has pointed out that wiht the agreement signed today we start the process for universitary people and its community have only one pass, TUI, with whom from now will use to pay urban buses.
The agreement, has added, ease day to day life of all universitary community constituted by 70.000 people that are a priority for this city and the improvement of their mobility.
In this sense, has pointed out that to the benefits of TUI has added now the City Council of Granada including in this card the payment of buses with financial bonuses that incorporated bus pass, 0.61 one trip, for users with applicable requirements.
For the Major, today we make a big step forward and create closer ties with one of the institutions and more important communities in Granada, with a measure that ease use of public transport in our city, one of main points of work since we get to Local Government.
The principal of the university has expressed her satisfaction after the signing of the agreement and has remarked that it reinforces the objective of achieving a substainable and healthful city, at the same time has added that this Integration Plan of TUI pass as transport pass (credibús) in urban buses of Granada has been enabled for 30.000 students. From the 1st of September it will extend to all universitary community, with nearly 70.000 people.
With this agreement is considered the validity of Intelligent University Pass (TUI) as a valid transport type of ticket accepted by City Council and Rober so it can be used both as urban bus pass, for those students with applicable requirements, and as bus pass, for all universitary community.
Universitary bus pass of lasts years can be used normally until 1st May 2018, when universitary people must pay urban bus with TUI.
