Magic Bus 2019
The City Council ad Transportes Rober puts, for the second year running in Paseo del Salón, the Magic Bus for the toy collection campaign.
The City Council of Granada and Transportes Rober have run, for the second year in a row, the Magic Bus, a solidarity initiative that operated last year with successful results in 2018. The campaign is conducted again so every child can have a toy this Christmas in Granada. This bus will stay at Parada de la Ilusión, located in Paseo del Salón, beside the Municipal Library, from Friday 13 December until 3 January, uninterrumpted from 11 in the morning to 9 in the evening.
The councellor of Mobility, César Díaz, thanked the altruist cooperation of several associations joining this solidarity bus, is confident on exceeeding last year 700 toys delivered. Any boy or girl has the right of a new toy and we hope that many children will have a new toy this year., the city councellor has said.
This activity is developed by volunteers and workers of this transport company and the cooperation of some NGOs of the city: there will the ones to deliver these toys to the more disadvantages families in Granada. Entities participants are Integración para la Vida, Ciudad de los Niños, Edicoma, Fundación Escuela de Solidaridad, Granabip and asociación de comerciantes del Zaidín.
Also, this year, as nowelty, the stand located beside Magic Bus will be the scenario of a wide activity agenda on weekends, incluiding royal postman, stilts workshop, magic and face painting, among other leisure activities with the family. In this activity also cooperates some NGOs beneficiary of the toys. This activity agenda, dates and schedules, can be checked up at the web page www.transportesrober.com and at the Magic Bus stand.
