Kings Parade 2016
On January 5, 2016, from 17:30, the Three Kings is celebrated following the traditional route, from Gran Capitan arrival to Plaza del Carmen.
As in previous years, the oldest parade in the country, grenadine kings will consist of 21 drawn carriages adorned with characters from children world vehicles. On their way through the streets of downtown, Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar distributed around 15,000 kilos of candy and other goodies to please the children.
The Three Kings Parade held on January 5 performing the following route:
Start on Gran Capitán; San Juan de Dios; Gran Vía de Colón; Reyes Católicos; Puerta Real; Acera del Darro; Plaza Humilladero; Carrera de la Virgen; Plaza de Bibataubín; Plaza del Campillo; Plaza de Mariana Pineda, Calle Ángel Ganivet; Puerta Real; Reyes Católicos y Plaza del Carmen
