Start of the parade of Hermandad Virgen del Rocío in Granada
On saturday 7 May 2016 takes place the start from Granada of the parade of Hermandad del Rocío, causing several traffic cuts in different places of the city.
Itinerary
The Simpecado is in the Church of San Pedro.
Carrera del Darro - Santa Ana Square - Plaza Nueva - Isabel la Católica Square(new addition of Wagons parked at Gran Vía de Colón) - Reyes Católicos - Plaza del Carmen - Puerta Real - Acera del Darro (left side, going opposite sense of traffic) - Carrera de la Virgen (Wagons will be parked in Acera del Darro) - Basílica Virgen de las Angustias.
Continues through Humilladero Square - Acera del Darro - Puente Blanco - Paseo del Violón - Rotary Square - Paseo de San Sebastián - Aviación Roundabout- Fernando de los Ríos Avenue- Paseo Jardín de la Reina - Doctor Alejandro Otero - Arabial - Camino de Purchil - Huerta del Rasillo - Méndez Núñez Roundabout- Camino de Camaura.
Wagons will go through Arabial, gathering at Méndez Núñez.
At 18:00 hours aproximately wagons will restart their march getting through Méndez Núñez Roundabout to the motorway, towards Málaga - Sevilla.

Traffic cuts
Total traffic cut in Isabel la Católica Square to Plaza Nueva, except residents.
Parking area for wagons: from 8:00 hours wagons will occupy one lane of circulation in Gran Vía. During the offering in Basilica de las Angustias will be occupying the bus lane in Acera del Darro.
From 11:30 hours will start traffic cuts and diversions in adjacent axis: Constitución - Gran Vía, Acera del Darro - Paseo del Violón, Reyes Católicos - Recogidas.
Public transport
It will desvia el transporte público through Camino de Ronda.
Lines LAC, SN1, SN4, C1, C2, C5, C7, SN3 will be affected at some points during the celebration of the starting of the parade of the Hermandad.
