First approval of the Ordinance of Sustainable Mobility of the City Council of Granada (File 17889/2024)
Delegated Municipal Commision of Citizen´s Protection, Education, Social Politics and Family, in an special session celebrated on January 10 2025, adopt and agreement in file 17889/2024, of the Mobility Area, was approved the Ordinance of Sustainable Mobility Area of the City Council of Granada.
And in accordance to article 49 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulator of Local Regimen Basis, file open to public information process and hearing of the parties within 30 days from the following day to the publication of this announcement in BOP, for the interest of those who want to review the file and register complains that may be suitable. Throughout the aforementioned period will be available on the Edict Board available at the EDPS website www.granada.org and at the Transparency Portal of the City Council of Granada from the following day to the publication, without prejuice to the possibility of make themselves know within deadline at Administrative Service of Mobility, building B, second floor from 9:00h to 13:30h, where it could be examined. If after deadline no claims have been submitted, the Approval shall be deemed accepted.
