Traffic cut in Dr. Martín Lagos St

Due date for total traffic cut in 4 Dr. Martín Lagos St for the realization of underground pipes start on 9/02/26, once road works in Luis Braille St are over.

Phase 1: Dr. Martín Lagos St (between streets Tejeiro and the supply pipes of CGP building number 4 in Dr. Martín Lagos St): Partial traffic cut from 09/02/26 to 15/02/26 occupying the left side of the street (from the garage on building number 3 until junction with Frailes St), reopening street at the end of works.

Phase 2: Tejeiro St (between Dr. Martín Lagos St and Nueva de San Antón St): Total traffic cut during one week from 16/02/26. While traffic cut if being carried out there must be noticed: - Diversion of exit traffic from Frailes St through Afan de Ribera St. - Reverse traffic sense in Frailes St from Dr. Martín Lagos St until Afan de Ribera St to allow entrance and exit to garages in Dr. Martín Lagos St and the final section of Frailes St). - Inform about the access to Tejeiro St only through Luis Braille St while traffic cut is being done.

Phase 3: Total traffic cut in 16 Tejeiro St on Tuesday 24/02/26, at 7:00 hours and until finalization, on the section from Tejeiro St (between Pedro Antonio de Alarcón and Conde Cifuentes streets). If works are not finished on 24/02/26, they can be finished on 25/02/26.

It will be also closed the access to Tejeiro St from Dr. Martín Lagos St, and in Frailes St (between Dr. Marín Lagos and Nueva de San Antón streets), and between Dr. Martín Lagos St and Horno de Espadero St). While traffic cut if being carried out there must be noticed: - Diversion of exit traffic from Frailes St through Afán de Ribera St. - Reverse traffic sense in Frailes St from Dr. Martín Lagos St until Afan de Ribera St to allow entrance and exit to garages in Dr. Martín Lagos St and the final section of Frailes St. - Inform about the access to Tejeiro St only through Luis Braille St while traffic cut is being done.

Traffic will be closed just as necessary to carry out works. Road can not be closed to traffic if works are not being carried out. There must be free access to garages in the street, aimed by work operators.
