1. Demonstration March 8
On March 8, from 12:00 to 15:00 hours, takes place the demonstration between Jardines del Triunfo and Paseo del Salón.
ITINERARIY: ROUNDABOUT NEXT TO JARDINES DEL TRIUNFO, CALLE GRAN VÍA, CALLE REYES CATÓLICOS, ACERA DEL CASINO, ACERA DEL DARRO, PLAZA DEL HUMILLADERO, UNTIL THE ARRIVAL TO KIOSCO DE LA MÚSICA IN PASEO DEL SALÓN.
PURPOSE: DEMONSTRATION INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY.
KIND OF ACT: DEMONSTRATION - TRAFFIC CUT-.
The celebration of demonstration creates public transport detour.
2. Goya Ceremony Awards
Information about traffic cuts and public transport diversions on February 8 2025.
CORTE DE TRÁFICO
A partir de las 14:00 horas del día 8 de Febrero se procederá al corte de las calles que se relacionan a continuación y que dan acceso a la zona del Palacio de Congresos, de modo que se puedan desarrollar las labores de montaje con total libertad de movimientos para el personal encargado de producción.
- Av. Fernando de los Ríos.- Se impedirá el acceso al paso subterráneo sentido centro ciudad.
- Rotonda de Aviación.- Corte del acceso de vehículos no autorizados hacia Paseo del Violón.
- Puente Blanco.- Se impedirá el acceso hacia Paseo del Violón, desviándose todo el tráfico procedente de Acera del Darro hacia Paseo de los Basilios.
Igualmente el procedente de Poeta Manuel de Góngora podrá desviarse hacia Paseo de los Basilios o continuar recto hacia Acera del Darro. - San Antón.- El tráfico procedente de San Antón, será desviado hacia la calle Agustina de Aragón, y por Ricardo del Arco hacia Ribera del Genil, con salida hacia Camino de Ronda.
Igualmente se desviarán a los vehículos que procedan de Callejón de Arenas y Placeta del Matadero hacia Ribera del Genil. - Ángel Ganivet.- Desde las 14:00 h (previsiblemente), se procederá al corte de la calle debido a la aglomeración de público en la puerta del hotel Meliá. El tráfico procedente de Acera del Casino se desviará hacia Reyes Católicos o Recogidas.
TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO URBANO
Todas las líneas de autobuses y taxis serán desviadas de su itinerario habitual por Paseo de los Basilios en su recorrido hacia la zona sur, y por Av. Pablo Picasso cuando lo realicen en sentido norte.

3. Change of fares for Urban Public Transport in Granada
From January 30 will be reactivated bonifications of 50% in card pass and multipass cards.
Bonification of 50% is extended in collective public transport in Granada from January 23 2025 vigency of bonifications expected in artices 64 to 70 of Real Decreto-ley 8/2023, from December 27, previously extended to January 22 2025, in accordance to Real Decreto-ley 1/2025, of January 28.

5. Change of fares of Urban Public Transport in Granada
From October 1st 2024 come into force new fares approved on Resoluction 23 September 2024 of Dirección General de Tributos, Financiación, Relaciones Financieras con las Corporaciones Locales y Juego.
NEW FARES OF URBAN PUBLIC COLLECTIVE TRANSPORT IN GRANADA AND APPLICATION OF 50% DISCOUNT.
Aproved the revision file to revew fares of public transport in our city, by resolution of the Dirección General de Tributos y Relaciones Financieras with Local Entities on September 23 2024, will be implementated from October 1st.
Also, current bonus of 50% mantains in travel cards (Credibús 5, 10, 20, monthly card and Youth card, Universitary and RMP) until the end of deadline stablished by Government (31 December 2024).

The rise of prices approved affect less usual users of urban buses with an average rise of 3-4 cents of euro, versus rising of tickets of sporadic use.
With this measure tries to give answer to increases in prices these last years, and also update them, due to last price rising on 2017.

6. FLORAL OFFERING VIRGEN DE LAS ANGUSTIAS 2024
On Sunday September 15 2024 takes place the floral offering to Virgen de las Angustias.
Traffic cut: from 15:30 hours until ending expected at 23:30.
Roads closed to traffic:
Carrera de la Virgen (side of the Basílica). Will be closed to traffic the left side of the road due to the attendance of people for safety reasons.
Acera del Darro (there will be created a special lane to Puerta Real for the participants of the offering, keeping open to traffic the second lane and two other lanes towards Palacio de Congresos)
If needed will be enabled a double lane from Carrera de la Virgen to Cuesta de Escoriaza.
Itinerary of participants in the offering: Paseo del Salón (area excluded to traffic) Plaza del Humilladero, Acera del Darro, Puente Castañeda, Carrera de la Virgen.
Public transport
Urban bus lines S2, 9, 13 and 33 will be affected due to the celebration of floral offering.
7. X RALLY CIUDAD DE GRANADA
El X Rally Ciudad de Granada will take place from 12 to 14 September 2024.

PRESENTATION OF RALLY VEHICLES AT PLAZA BIB-RAMBLA AT 12:00 HOURS.
FRIDAY DAY 13
TRAFFIC CUT IN THE RACE AREA FROM 10:00 HOURS UNTIL 23:00 HOURS, MAY BE EXTENDED DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ATTENDING
URBAN RACE CLOSED TO TRAFFIC AS FOLLOWS:
START: PASEO DEL SALON (Area excluded to traffic at the high of Plaza del Humilladero where podio is settled) - C/ Acera del Darro, 180º turn in the median line at the high of loading dock of El Corte Inglés - C/ Acera del Darro, towards Paseo del Violón - Rotonda Rotary - back to Paseo del Violón - turning at Puente Romano (artificial straw bales roundabout) - down to Paseo del Violón to Rotary and entrance to espalande of Palacio de Congresos, FINISH. EXIT OF VEHICLES ONCE THEY HAVE FINISHED THROUGH PASEO DEL VIOLÓN TO ROUNDABOUT AVIACIÓN ESPAÑOLA.
ALL RACE IS SURROUNDED WITH DOUBLE FENCING, TO AVOID ENTRANCE OF PEOPLE IN THE CIRCUIT.
SATURDAY DAY 14
FROM 20:00 HOURS TO 01:00 HOURS PRIZE DELIVERY IN PLAZA DEL HUMILLADERO AND EXIT OF VEHICLES TO ACERA DEL DARRO.
8. Vuelta Ciclista a España 2024
The 9th stage of the Vuelta Ciclista a España takes place on August 25 2024 between 7:00 and 19:00 hours.
The race will follow through the following streets:First stage: GR-3209 (OGIJARES) - under roundabout A-395 towards Avda. de la Investigación - Avda. del Conocimiento - C/ Torre Comares - C/ La Sultana - under roundabout A-395 towards A-4032 (MONACHIL)
First stage and arrival: GR-420 (CENES DE LA VEGA) - Ctra. de la Sierra - Paseo de la Bomba - Paseo del Salón - Humilladero - turn right to C/ Acera del Darro (FINISH AT THE PEDESTRIAN WAY IN FUENTE DE LAS BATALLAS).
Due to Vuelta Ciclista there will be affections to traffic on Saturday August 24 2024:
C/ FUENTENUEVA (section between pedestrian way in C/ Melchor Almagro and the pedestrian way at the Faculty of Ingeniería de Caminos, Puertos y Canales) JUST ONE LANE DOWNWARDS NEXT TO THE SIDEWALK 120 m, for vehicles of Guardia Civil.
PASEO DEL VIOLÓN (section between the pedestrian way in Puente Blanco, until the pedestrian way before Rotary roundabout) JUST ONE LANE DOWNWARDS NEXT TO PARKING DEL VIOLON 190 m for vehicles of Guardia Civil (2 TRUCKS).
Traffic cut at 23:00 hours until the end of the event the following day, from C/ Acera del Darro (section between Puerta Real to Humilladero, two lanes downwards, to park staff vehicles)

9. Demonstration June 28
On June 28, at 19:00 hours, takes place the celebration of Gay Pride Parade starting at Plaza Isabel la Católica and ending at the esplanade of Palacio de Congresos.
Demonstration begins at Plaza Isabel la Católica at 19:00 hours, through Reyes Católicos St, Puerta Real, Acera del Darro, Paseo del Violón and ending at the esplanade of Palacio de Congresos.
