1. Demonstration March 7

On March 7 2025, from 21:00 to 23:00 hours, celebrates demonstration between Plaza del Carmen and Plaza Albert Einstein.

Itinerary: PLAZA DEL CARMEN, CALLE REYES CATÓLICOS, CALLE RECOGIDAS, CALLE PEDRO ANTONIO DE ALARCÓN AND ENDING AT PLAZA ALBERT EINSTEIN.

PURPOSE: “8M INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY”.

2. Change of fares for Urban Public Transport in Granada

From January 30 will be reactivated bonifications of 50% in card pass and multipass cards.

Bonification of 50% is extended in collective public transport in Granada from January 23 2025 vigency of bonifications expected in artices 64 to 70 of Real Decreto-ley 8/2023, from December 27, previously extended to January 22 2025, in accordance to Real Decreto-ley 1/2025, of January 28.

4. Change of fares of Urban Public Transport in Granada

From October 1st 2024 come into force new fares approved on Resoluction 23 September 2024 of Dirección General de Tributos, Financiación, Relaciones Financieras con las Corporaciones Locales y Juego.

NEW FARES OF URBAN PUBLIC COLLECTIVE TRANSPORT IN GRANADA AND APPLICATION OF 50% DISCOUNT.

Aproved the revision file to revew fares of public transport in our city, by resolution of the Dirección General de Tributos y Relaciones Financieras with Local Entities on September 23 2024, will be implementated from October 1st.

Also, current bonus of 50% mantains in travel cards (Credibús 5€, 10€, 20€, monthly card and Youth card, Universitary and RMP) until the end of deadline stablished by Government (31 December 2024).

The rise of prices approved affect less usual users of urban buses with an average rise of 3-4 cents of euro, versus rising of tickets of sporadic use.

With this measure tries to give answer to increases in prices these last years, and also update them, due to last price rising on 2017.

5. Universitary lines service on August

From August 1 bus lines U1 and U3 are out of service and bus line 8 does not get to Campus de Cartuja.

The bus line U2 does not give service from July 15 due to the end of academic year.

6. Demonstration May 17

On May 17 2024 takes place the demonstration between Plaza del Carmen and Plaza Albert Einstein, between 21:00 and 23:00 hours.

7. Child parade March 15

On March 15 2024 takes place the celebration of the child parade between 11:30 and 13:00 hours.

Itinerary: School Ave María San Isidro, Concepción Arenal, Granada CF, Recreativo de Granada, Plaza de los Cármenes, Avda. De Madrid, sidewalk next to main entrance of old jail, Ribera del Beiro, central way, San Agapito, Concepción Arenal, School Ave María San Isidro.

There might be affected bus lines 33, U2, N3, N5 and N6.

8. PMV prohibitted on BUS

From January 1 2024 it is prohibitted to get on the bus carrying a personal mobility vehicle.

ACCESS ON BUS CARRYING PMV (PERSONAL MOBILITY VEHICLES)

Users of Bus Urban Transport are informed that from January 1 2024 it is prohibitted to get on the bus carrying PMV (personal mobility vehicles). (BOJA 247-28.12.2023)

It is understood by PMV: one or two wheeled vehicle for one person only boosted with electrical engine whose mass in movement is under 50kg.

9. Urban bus line U2 does not give service on Christmas Season

Due to the end of classes in the University of Granada, from December 26 until next January 10 2024, urban bus line U2 does not give service.

10. European Summit in Granada

On October 5 and 6 2023 celebrates in Granada the European Political Community Summit and European Conucil meeting. Check all affections to mobility.

INTERURBAN PUBLIC TRANSPORT. October 5 and 6

Interchange Southr, restricted access on October 5 and 6. Will have stops in the surroundings of restricted area. Specifically:

• Southern lines, will have head stop in docks at Domingo Puente Marín St. Parallel street to avenida Fernando de los Ríos)
• Lines from La Zubia. Head stop in the dock at Paseo Emperador Carlos V, at the high of sports center Núñez Blanca.
• Lines from Dílar avenue, will follow usual itinerary through avenida de Dílar, until roundabout in avenida de América.
• Lines from east, head stop at Plaza Duque San Pedro de Galatino.

TURISTIC TRAIN. October 5 and 6

On October 5 service will be affected due to traffic cut in the Alhambra.

October 5 and 6 stops at Plaza Rotary and Poeta Manuel de Góngora St., available stops in: Alhamar St., Acera del Darro and Fuente de las Batallas, Plaza Fontiveros and Cmno de Ronda, nº 4.
