New sustainable vehicles
On December 19 2024 were presented a new fleet of more sustainable vehicles equipped with latest technologies, to improve service and quality of air.
4 minibuses for Realejo/Albaicín and a brand new articulated bus 18 meter long were released in Granada
The new fleet, aimed for Albayzín, Realejo and Alhambra lines, will improve service in high demand areas, equipped with latest technologies and designed to guarantee accessibility of all people.
The Majoress of Granada, Marifrán Carazo, has expressed, that it is important to highlight the incorporation of new minibuses to improve service and specially frequency of public transport in these neighbourhoods, which benefies both residents and visitors.
The presentation was also attended by grenadine olympic medalist María Pérez, starring the Christmas campaign of bus urban transport.
Use of public transport has been increased 8% in the city of Granada.
