The Delegation of Mobility of the City Council of Granada wishes you a Merry Christmas, betting for a substainable and safer mobility.
Information when making a present is very important, even when we talk about the wide range of means of transport in at present.
We have to consider that:
- A toy skate can go through the pavement but at a walking pace: maximum speed of 6km/h.
- A Personal Mobility Vehicle (VMP), electric scooters , can circulate at a maximum speed between 6 and 25 km/h.
- Within bicycles we find:

c) Bicycles with propulsion assistance - Two wheeled mopeds, need driving license AM
